To add a 2" hitch to your 2023 Chrysler Grand Caravan, I recommend the etrailer item # e98854. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your van with included hardware. It is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver that has a 4,000 lbs towing capacity and a 400 lbs maximum tongue weight.

I checked a few places and there were not any of these typical bunk swivels in a larger size, however, it seems that the CE Smith # CE10191GA-4 should allow you to obtain the additional height that you need.
